COORDINATOR, FRONT OFFICE
- Responsible for insurance plans, billing, and handling guarantee letters (GL).
- Manage patient deposits, admissions, and discharges, while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
MANAGER, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
- Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing plans through effective revenue channels to position the hospital’s key specialties as a preferred destination for specialised care.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders by promoting hospital services through regular engagement and acting as a liaison to ensure smooth referral experiences.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Medical Sciences, Customer Relations, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of related working experience in Marketing & Communications or Customer Relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
OPTOMETRIST
- Ensure effective, efficient, timely, and attentive care for patients requiring optometry services.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Optometry.
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
- Assist Pharmacists in reviewing drug orders and carrying out activities related to the handling and dispensing of medications to patients.
- Possess sufficient knowledge and skills related to pharmacy work and activities.
- Diploma in Pharmacy from MQA-approved colleges.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
- Treat assigned patients in a humane and efficient manner while providing the highest quality of service to achieve treatment goals.
- Responsible for customer/patient satisfaction and quality initiatives.
- Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 1–2 years of working experience in an acute-care hospital setting or relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
STAFF NURSE
- Serve as the primary provider of nursing care to patients, ensuring a compassionate and effective approach.
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
TECHNICIAN CUM COORDINATOR
- Perform a variety of technical and general Facilities Management works, including the repair and maintenance of hospital buildings and facilities.
- Responsible for coordinating activities planned by the Unit Head and Chargeman, including predictive and preventive maintenance, as well as project activities.
- Possess a relevant Trade Certificate or Diploma in a technical field.
UNIT HEAD, IMAGING
- Oversee the daily operations of the Imaging Department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience within a sizeable Imaging Department.
- Degree/Diploma in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy or equivalent; OR
- Certificate of Competency awarded by the School of Radiology, Ministry of Health Malaysia, or the Conjoint Boards of Radiologists and Radiographers, Australia.
