ASSISTANT MANAGER, SUSTAINABILITY & QUALITY MANAGEMENT (SQM)
  • Assist in coordinating hospital accreditation and quality assurance activities (e.g. MSQH, ACHS, JCI, and ISO standards).
  • Support the implementation of quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management initiatives across the hospital.
  • Coordinate incident reporting, monitor corrective actions, and ensure timely follow-up on quality and risk-related matters.
  • Manage and maintain controlled documents, including policies, procedures, organizational charts, and job descriptions in the hospital's document management system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a service-oriented environment.
CLINIC ASSISTANT
  • Provide administrative and clinical support to consultants and nursing staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Prepare consultation rooms, assist with patient assessments, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent. Certificate in Basic Health Care is an added advantage.
COOK
  • Prepare and serve patient meals, special diets, and à la carte orders in accordance with prescribed dietary requirements, standard recipes, and hospital catering guidelines.
  • Monitor food preparation processes, including portion control, temperature checks, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in a hospital, hotel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
MEDICAL LAB SCIENTIST
  • Responsible for handling laboratory testing by manual diagnostic methods and by use of instruments
  • Perform laboratory testing and provide accurate results
  • Have a good understanding of general medical technology
  • Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
MEDICAL OFFICER
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the Emergency Department, corporate clients, and staff, ensuring timely assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral in accordance with hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
  • Respond to medical emergencies, including Code Blue activations, perform minor surgical procedures, and provide medical support during patient transfers when required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized university with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in an Emergency Department, Accident & Emergency (A&E), or acute care setting.
OPTOMETRIST
  • Ensure effective, efficient, timely, and attentive care for patients requiring optometry services.
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Optometry.
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
  • Assist Pharmacists in reviewing drug orders and carrying out activities related to the handling and dispensing of medications to patients.
  • Possess sufficient knowledge and skills related to pharmacy work and activities.
  • Diploma in Pharmacy from MQA-approved colleges.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
  • Treat assigned patients in a humane and efficient manner while providing the highest quality of service to achieve treatment goals.
  • Responsible for customer/patient satisfaction and quality initiatives.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 1–2 years of working experience in an acute-care hospital setting or relevant experience will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
RADIOGRAPHER
  • Perform general radiography and diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with departmental policies, radiation safety standards, and clinical protocols.
  • Assist Radiologists and other specialists in diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures, including ward, operating theatre, and on-call services.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, manage imaging workflow, provide frontline customer service, and support the daily operations of the Imaging Department.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Radiography, Medical Imaging, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant authorities.
STAFF MIDWIFE
  • Serve as the primary provider of nursing care to patients, ensuring a compassionate and effective approach.
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
STAFF NURSE/SENIOR STAFF NURSE (MEDICAL WARD, PAEDIATRIC WARD, SURGICAL WARD & ALL SPECIALISED UNITS)
  • Serve as the primary provider of nursing care to patients, ensuring a compassionate and effective approach.
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
TECHNICIAN (CSSD)
  • Provide sterilization and decontamination services to ensure the safe processing, storage, and distribution of sterile medical instruments and supplies.
  • Maintain compliance with infection prevention standards, quality assurance requirements, and hospital sterilization policies while supporting the smooth operation of the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD).
  • Certification in Sterile Services/CSSD or related healthcare qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), healthcare, or related environment.
