Paediatrics

Paediatric rehabilitation is designed to improve the abilities of children and young people following major injury, illness or medical procedures which affect their function. These programmes aim to maximize the ability of the child to participate in activities at home, school, and the community. An individualized program is designed to achieve specific goals in areas such as mobility, self-care, and communication.

At Rehab ADMC, your child will be cared for by professionals in this field, who know the importance of nurturing, engaging, and encouraging children to become all they can be. Whatever the challenges – developmental delay, injury, illness or disability, our Inter-disciplinary Rehabilitation Team will use age-appropriate strategies to meet your child’s current physical, emotional, academic, and social challenges and lay the foundation for future progress and success.
