What is a Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test (CPET)?
CPET measures the overall exercise response of the respiratory, cardiovascular, and skeletal muscle systems, alongside metabolic changes, simultaneously. It is the gold standard for assessing how your body handles physical stress.

Notes

Fasting: Please fast for at least 3–4 hours before the test

Dietary: Eat lightly and avoid caffeine, smoking, or vaping on the day of the test

Activity: Do not exercise on the day of the test

Attire: Please wear comfortable sports clothing and appropriate sports shoes
