Arteriovenous (AV) Fitsula Package

1. This promotional package is valid exclusively at Ara Damansara Medical Centre.
2. This package is exclusively offered to self-paying patients.
3. Eligibility for the package will be determined after consultation and examination by a Consultant Specialist.
4. Full payment of the package price is required as a deposit upon admission.
5. This promotional package cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
6. This promotion is applicable to Malaysians and expatriates residing in Malaysia. Expatriate patients are subject to 6% SST.
7. The package price is valid until 31 December 2026.

What's Excluded?

• Outpatient consultation by Consultant Specialist.
• Additional device/equipment for the procedure if necessary.
• Additional tests, consumables supplies, medication and/or apart from the package
• Additional treatment required apart from the package
• Extra costs by hospitalisation whereby additional charges incurred for admission to ward, critical or intensive care if required, i.e. test, consultation, consumables, medication and etc.
• Additional cost for procedure performed after office hours
• All the cost for pre-surgical investigation (Lab test/Imaging test/consultation/consumables and/or drugs) will be charged separately based on hospital standard rates.
