4. The tests included in the package cannot be removed, substituted, or changed.
5. Offer is valid only for self-pay customers with full payment made upon purchase.
6. Expatriate patients are subject to 6% SST.
7. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or privilege.
8. Invoices will be issued separately under each customer's name and cannot be consolidated into a single invoice.
