Join us for a day of heart health activities, health screenings and hands-on experiences designed for individuals and families to learn, move and put their heart health first.

FREE Heart Health Screening
- Get your blood pressure, glucose and uric acid checked as part of our basic heart health screening
Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Workshop
- Learn essential CPR skills and what to do in an emergency.
Heart Exercise Session
- Join our ADMC Rehabilitation Team for an engaging exercise session focused on supporting heart health through movement.
Heart Health Booths & Kids’ Activity Corner
- Explore interactive heart health booths and learn more about caring for your heart, while the little ones enjoy fun activities at our Kids’ Activity Corner.
