Join the Parentcraft Workshop 2026, a parenting workshop organised by Ara Damansara Medical Centre (ADMC) to equip expectant and future parents with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed as they prepare to welcome their little one.

This full day workshop brings together healthcare professionals from various disciplines to provide expert guidance on pregnancy, newborn care, breastfeeding, nutrition and infant safety. Participants will also enjoy interactive hands on learning through specially curated Rotational Experience Stations, allowing them to gain practical experience in essential parenting skills.

Time: : 8.30 AM – 3.30 PM
Venue: Conference Room, Level 5, Ara Damansara Medical Centre (ADMC)

Registration Fee: RM50 per couple (Normal Price: RM100)

  • Shamin Nisha, Physiotherapist (Antenatal Exercise)
The workshop also includes welcoming breakfast, lunch and a lucky draw session.

  1. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability.
  2. Registration will only be confirmed upon successful payment.
  3. Payment instructions will be shared upon review of your registration.
  4. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows or non-attendance.
  5. Each registration is valid for two (2) participants only (expectant mother and one accompanying partner).
  6. Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before the workshop begins for registration.
  7. Participants are advised to wear comfortable attire suitable for the antenatal exercise session.
  8. Meals and workshop materials are provided for registered participants only.
  9. ADMC reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, schedule, venue or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice should circumstances require.
  10. ADMC reserves the right to decline, cancel or revoke any registration at its sole discretion.
  11. By registering for and participating in the workshop, participants consent to the photography, videography and recording of the event. ADMC reserves the right to use such materials for marketing, publicity and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
