Terms & Conditions

• The promotion is valid from 1 January 2023 till 31 December 2023, inclusive of both dates. 
• Full payment must be made using with a Maybank Bank debit or credit card. 
• The promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with  any other discounts, vouchers, privileges or promotions (unless otherwise specified).
• The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 
• The eligible and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of RSDH  (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Maybank 
• Maybank and RSDH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserve the right to terminate, amend or add to any of  these terms and conditions from time to time with prior notice of at least five (5) calendar days  to Cardholders before the new terms and conditions take effect. 
• Offer is only valid for self-pay patients and with full payment. 
• Booking of Health Screening must be made at least one (1) week in advance.
