• The promotion is valid from 1 January 2023 till 31 December 2023, inclusive of both dates.
• Payment must be made using an AmBank Debit Mastercard® or AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i.
• The 30% off on health screening packages and room rates promotion is valid at all RSDH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd hospitals in Malaysia. However, exclusion applies for the room rates at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre (BTMC), which is capped at 20%.
• The promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, privileges or promotions (unless otherwise specified).
• The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Visual is for illustration purposes only.
• The eligible and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of RSDH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and AmBank/AmBank Islamic.
• AmBank/AmBank Islamic is not an agent of the partner and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and/or services provided. Any dispute about the goods and/or services is to be resolved directly with the partner.
• AmBank/AmBank Islamic and RSDH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserve the right to terminate, amend or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time with prior notice of at least five (5) calendar days to Cardholders before the new terms and conditions take effect.
• Offer is only valid for self-pay patients and with full payment.
• The promotion is not eligible for patients using Guarantee Letter
