2. After your vaccination appointment, we will take a polaroid Instax photo of you and your bestie together.
3. Snap a photo of the polaroid and share it on your Facebook or Instagram feed. Ensure your profile is set to public.
4. Include #ADMCHealthyBestie hashtag and a caption that reflects friendship and healthy living.
5. Tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the official contest announcement post on your participating platform: Facebook or Instagram.
6. Follow Ara Damansara Medical Centre's official Facebook or Instagram pages.

Terms & Conditions

1. Open to Malaysian citizens who purchase the Buy 1 FREE 1 Flu Vaccination promotion during the campaign period.
2. Contest period: 30 July – 29 August 2026, ending at 11.59 PM on 29 August 2026.
3. Participants must complete all contest mechanics to qualify. Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
4. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) RM50 Touch 'n Go eWallet Voucher.
5. Winners will be selected by a judging panel appointed by Ara Damansara Medical Centre based on:
   i) Creativity and how well the caption reflects friendship and healthy living.
   ii) Compliance with all contest requirements.
6. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
7. Winners will be announced on Ara Damansara Medical Centre's official Facebook and Instagram pages on 9th September 2026.
8. Winners will be contacted via direct message on their participating platform for prize fulfilment.
9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
